It was a rainy day, a great time to stay indoors, so my mum decided to try out this new recipe her friend suggested to her: “Vegan Gluten free Black Bean Brownies”
What makes this brownie different from your average chocolate brownie, is that it has absolutely no flour involved and is substituted with blended black beans. NO WORRIES, the black beans come out totally untraceable after it’s done. It’s perfect! The best part is, it’s a great healthy substitute and does not compromise too much on the chocolate taste (depends on how you apply the recipe).
